Fault displayed on the control display
CaUSe
- The PT100
temperature sensor
is faulty
- The ironing cylinder
is not used on its
total surface
- The PT100
temperature sensor
is faulty
- Something stop the
machine motion
- One of the
emergency stop
buttons has been
triggered
- The mobile safety
protector switches
are faulty
- The gas ignition is
faulty
- The sensors are dirty
or disturbed
- Overheating
- The position of the
reception vat is badly
SOLUTION
- Check the B20, B21 and B22
temperature sensor, for a room
temperature 21°C, the ohmic value must
range from 107.79 to 108.57 ohms
- Check the B20, B21 and B22
temperature sensors, for a room
temperature 21°C, the ohmic value must
range from 107.79 to 108.57 ohms
- Check that bearings, rollers, sprockets
and cylinder are driven
- To re-initialise the machine : switch off
then switch back on the power supply
using the main switch.
- Check why the button was pressed and
then reset it
- Check mobile safety protection switches
- Check E1 and E2 electrodes
- Check the B8 inductive detector
(blinking) / I0.0 (folder PLC input)
- Check the B3 safety thermostat
- Check the reception vat position
