Programming
can also be performed
using the re-
mote control.
Use the DISC SELECT button to select
the disc, and the " M/+
" and " */M
" buttons or
TRACK NUMBER
buttons to select the tracks.
The maximum
number
of selections
that can be pro-
grammed
is 32. If you try to enter more selections,
"FULL" will appear on the display.
Checking
the program
1.

While
in the stop mode, press the MEMORY
button.
The disc, track and program
numbers
will appear on
the display.
Press the MEMORY
button
again to view the disc,
track and program numbers fortheother
programmed
selections.
These displays do notappearduring
programmed
play.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE
button to start play.
When all programmed
selections
have played, the CD
changer
stops automatically.
The program
contents
are retained
in memory.
NOTE:
The program
is cleared
in the following
cases:
When the OPEN/CLOSE
button is pressed.
When the STOP/CLEAR
button is pressed in the stop
mode.
When the mains lead has been disconnected
and the
backup batteries
are discharged
or not installed.
Changing
a program
To add a new selection
to a program:
1.
In the stop mode, press the MEMORY
button repeat-
edly until the following
display appears:

2.
Select a disc and track number
as explained
above.
Note:
If you program
a track on the disc that was pro-
grammed
last, press the " M
" or " m
" button to
select the track. The disc number
will be selected
automatically.
To change a selection
1.
Press the MEMORY
button repeatedly
until the selec-
tion to be replaced
is displayed.
2.
Select a disc and track number
as explained
above.

If "CH Errr' appears
on the display.
1.
Press the POWER button to turn the power off.
2. Press the POWER button to turn the power on.
If the operation
of the unit or display
is not normal,
even
though
the
appropriate
buttons
have
been
~ pressed.

Disconnect
the AC mains
lead
and
remove
the
batteries
(if applicable).

Press the RESET button (rear of the unit) for at least
20 seconds.

Connect the AC mains lead and install the batteries
(if applicable).
Press the desired function
button.
