Need help?
Do you have a question about the DRC6309 and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
I can't get the sound to work. Neither speaker or head phones have sound. I turned up the volume without success. How can I get the sound work?
To fix the sound issue on your RCA DRC6309 when neither the speakers nor headphones produce sound, try the following steps:
1. Ensure the unit is not in STANDBY (power off) mode.
2. Check that the headphones/earphones (3.5mm plug) are properly connected.
3. If using a car power adapter, ensure it is connected to a 12V vehicle outlet, not 24V.
4. Verify that the unit is properly connected to the TV using the Audio/Video cable if external output is used.
5. Disconnect and reconnect all cables to ensure proper connection.
If the issue persists, further troubleshooting or service may be needed.
