The CX400 M4 system must always run with closed node bays. It is only
allowed to leave a bay open for a limited time in case of repairing a server
node (for example). In the meantime all remaining server nodes run in
throttling mode (with reduced performance).

Removing the CX2550 M4 / CX2560 M4 server node

Shut down the server node and disconnect all external cables.

Ê Remove the gasket of the lower
server node and keep it for later
use.
Ê Undo the locking mechanism
(1) of the release lever and pull
the server node out of the bay
