To receive a replacement
camera after we have received your unit:
• Write the RA number on the outside of the cartonusedto returnthe unit. Makesure you insure your
shipmentin case of damageor loss.
Carefullypack the unit using the originalbox and packing materialif possible. Please retain all
accessoriesthat were includedwith your unit.
• Includewith the shipment:
1. Evidence of purchase datesuch as a bill of sale.
2. A brief note describing yourcamera's problem.
3. Yourname, address and phone number.
The representativewill advisethe address to mail a cashier's check or moneyorder forpayment if
there are any out of warrantylabor or parts charges,and you elect notto use yourcredit card.
• After we receive your product,a newor refurbishedunit will be shippedto you.
What
your warranty
does not cover:
• Acts of God, such as but not limited to lightning damage.
• Adjustment of customer controls.
• Damage from misuse or neglect.
• A unit that has been modified or incorporated into other products or is used for institutional or other
commercial purposes.
• Batteries.
• Units purchased, serviced or operated outside the U.S.A.
• Loss of images.
• Shipping damage if the unit was not packed and shipped in the manner prescribed by Thomson.

Registration:
• Please complete and mail the Product Registration Card packed with your camera. It will make it
easier to contact you should it ever be necessary. The return of the card is not required for warranty
coverage.

If you purchased
your product outside the United States:
