The configured memories must be identical.

The logical memory capacity becomes three-fourths of physical capacity.

DDR4 memory speed depends on the type of DIMMs, the native memory bus speed of the memory controller and
memory configuration. All memory buses operate at the clock frequency of the DIMM with the lowest frequency.
