Deleting Quota Settings

Disables the quantity consumed of disk/file number limits for users/groups.
After deleting, the quantity consumed of disk/file number limits for users/groups are "unlimited".
See
Refer to "Delete Quota Setting" in the
4.6.4.18

Antivirus Server Settings

Configures the antivirus server/activation code.
Point
-
The NAS interface must be configured with the ETERNUS Disk storage system so that two CMs in the ETERNUS Disk storage system
can communicate to the antivirus server.
-
We recommend registering multiple antivirus servers on the ETERNUS SF system. If the ETERNUS Disk storage system cannot
communicate with the antivirus server, the client will not be able to access files in the NAS environment.
-
Prepare an activation code for each ETERNUS Disk storage system.
-
When configuring a new antivirus server, the antivirus function will be automatically enabled.
-
When deleting all of the registered antivirus servers or disabling the registered activation codes, the antivirus function will be
automatically disabled.
See
Refer to "Add/Change/Delete Antivirus Server" in the
4.6.4.19

Enabling Antivirus Function

Enables the antivirus function.
If the antivirus function is enabled, virus detection and handling will be automatically executed on the files in the NAS environment.
See
Refer to "Enable/Disable Antivirus Function" in the
4.6.4.20

Disabling Antivirus Function

Disables the antivirus function
If the antivirus function is disabled, execution of virus detection and handling of files in the NAS environment will be automatically
stopped.
Point
When the antivirus function is enabled and communication is impossible with any of the antivirus servers registered on the ETERNUS
Disk storage system, the files residing in the NAS environment are not accessible from the client.
In this case, disabling the antivirus function makes it possible to access the files residing in the NAS environment from the client.
However, disabling the antivirus function increases security risk. Therefore, enable the antivirus function after recovery from
communication trouble.
