If a video cassette is already in the VCP,
press to turn on the VCP then

You can make your VCP display the current

change the operation mode. Follow these
steps to activate this function.

Note: If you do not press any key for a few
minutes, the VCP automatically exits the
menu mode.
The current operation mode appears on
display when you change the operation
mode, then automatically disappears in
about 3 seconds. When you activate the auto
repeat playback function,

Repeat Playback" on Page 17.

To disable the on-screen display, simply

FAST-FORWARD/
REWIND
To fast-forward or rewind the tape at high
speed, with the tape stopped, press
or . The FAST-F or REWIND

indicator lights and the tape fast-forwards or
rewinds.
No picture appears on the TV/monitor when
you fast-forward or rewind the tape from a
stopped position.
