INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing a Marsden Portion Control Scale. Please read this instruction manual carefully before use. Keep these instructions handy for future reference. SAFETY INSTRUCTION Before putting the device into use, please read with care the information given in the Operating Instructions. They contain important instructions for installation, proper use and maintenance of the device. -

CLEANING We would recommend using alcohol based wipes or similar when cleaning the scales. Please do not use large amounts of water when cleaning the scales as this will cause damage to the scales electronics, you should also refrain from using corrosive liquids or high pressure washers. -

TO Ready Scale for Use 1. Remove the scale from the box, along with the digital display and the bag with screws and a plastic plate. Remove any protective film from the top of the scale platform. 2. Turn the scale base over. Insert the base of the digital display into the slot on the bottom of the scale. -

AC ADAPTOR (9V 0.1A) in the scale. Adaptor plug B-800 uses 4 x AA size alkaline batteries (not included) for operation. If you want scale to be operated by battery, please install batteries by referring to instruction below. -

INSTRUCTION AUTO SHUT-OFF FUNCTION The scale will automatically shut off after 2 minutes of nonuse to conserve the batteries. The auto-shut off feature can be disabled to allow the scale to operate continuously or set from 2 minutes to 5 minutes. -
