Installing Drivers and Software

To install the drivers and software from the "Documentation and Drivers" CD
supplied, proceed as follows:
1. Place the "Documentation and Drivers" CD in the CD ROM drive.
2. Start the Start programm on the CD. The Acrobat Reader will be installed if ne-
cessary.
3. Navigate to the driver list (language, operating system and device dependent).
4. Please install the corresponding driver according to driver list.
Notice
When reinstalling Windows 2000, make sure to install the chip set driver prior to
the other drivers.
When reinstalling Windows NT, the Windows NT ServicePack has to be installed
prior to all the other drivers. The Service Pack has to be reinstalled after a driver
installation.
8.4 Installing and Operating the Burner Software
A burner software is not installed in the delivery condition. You will find instructions
on installing and operating the burner software on the supplied CD ROM for the
burner software.
8.5 Installing and Operating the DVD Player Software
A DVD software is not installed in the delivery condition. You will find instructions
on installing and operating the DVD player software on the supplied CD ROM for
the DVD software.
