4. If these tests pass, the A1 D igital Source interface c i rc u i ts to the A33/A35 I np uts,
the A32/A34 ADCs, and the A30 A n alog Sourc e are p robably operat i n g correctly
(see exception note). If the d i g ital source check passes, go to part E .
If the following is occurring:

b. The signals in table 7-7 are correct.
The probable cause of the failure is the A 1 Digital So urce sh ift registers (A 1 U206,
A1 U207). There is one failure mode of these shift registers that is not detected
by the self-test.
