Cause
• Abnormal response was returned from another station when accessing
another station.
• Abnormal response was returned to another station when accessed from
another station.
Data link of the own station was stopped.
Data link of another station was stopped.
An parameter error has occurred in another station.

Master station/submaster station duplication, or station number overlap has
occurred in the network.
