Check that the following IP address is set.
・LAN1(VDR Side)=192.168.0.251
・VDR IF(Router)
Connect=None

(3)Set the following IP address in the Terminal block.
・Terminal1=192.168.0.11
・Terminal2=192.168.0.12
・Terminal3=192.168.0.13
(4)Click the [All Set] button, and setting of the Server PC is completion.
