Lost communication. The

due to some interference.

Fault list

Listed below are all fault codes, their causes and how an
operator with some knowledge of the system can solve the
problem.
Cause
Wrong type of loop
unit
Two loop units have
the same address
Hardware fault
A fuse is blown (a
secondary fault
appears)
Cable break in a
detector or system loop
(a secondary fault

The detector has a
faulty sensor element.
The smoke detector is
exposed to wind

Remedy
Exchange to the correct loop unit
Check the units
Exchange the unit
Exchange the fuse
Mend the cable
Exchange unit
Take care of wind problem
Try to clean the detector with a
vacuum cleaner or by blowing high-
pressure air on it. If this does not
help, exchange the detector.
Ion smoke detector: Exchange the
detector
Check the specification and re-
define the system

address). Otherwise exchange the
unit.
