Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the RadioShack
13-Number Memory Big Button Phone. The
ringer volume and listening volume can be
adjusted using the included AC adapter and the
sliding VOLUME control. Up to 10 standard
phone numbers can be stored in memory, as well
as three emergency numbers (fire, police,
ambulance).
Your telephone connects directly to a modular
telephone line jack. If your telephone wiring does
not have a modular jack, you can update the
wiring yourself using jacks and adapters
(available at your local RadioShack store), or
have the telephone company update the wiring
for you. You must use compatible modular jacks
that are compliant with Part 68 of FCC Rules and
the requirements adopted by the ACTA. The
telephone cord and modular plug provided is Part
68 compliant for connecting to the telephone
company network.

Step One
Attach the Mounting Bracket
1. Position the mounting
bracket as shown.
2. Align the bracket tabs with
the slots on the phone's
base.
3. Snap the bracket into
place.

Mount and Connect the Phone

3. Fit the keyhole slots over the screw heads and
slide the phone downward to secure it.
On a Wall Plate
Fit the keyhole slots over the wall plate studs. Slide
the phone downward to secure it.
Connections
1. Connect the coiled handset cord to the jacks on
the base and the handset.
2. If your phone is mounted on the wall, connect
the long line cord to the phone's LINE jack.
Connect the other end to a wall jack.
3. If your phone is mounted on a wall plate,
connect the short line cord to the phone's LINE
jack. Connect the other end to a wall jack.
