a. Set the engine tachometer to the ignition coil
of cylinder #1.
b. Connect the digital circuit tester (DC V) to the
battery as shown.

1. Check:
• Horn resistance
Out of specification  Replace.

Coil resistance
1.07–1.11 

a. Disconnect the horn leads from the horn ter-
minals.
b. Connect the digital circuit tester to the horn
terminals.
