Creating a Torqueing Job with a Custom Bolting Pattern The COMMANDER XT1000 and XT2000 are not limited to circular flanges. Any bolting pattern you can image can be accommodated if you can simply supply a jpeg file. The jpeg can be from a picture or a CAD file.

Not having the pump at pressure or stabilized may increase the time to complete the adjustment. Changing an XT2000 to an XT1000 The Commander XT2000 can be changed to act as a Commander XT1000. In this configuration it will not be able to adjust the pressure of a pump retrofitted with a Control Module.
Rather this reusable magnetic disc can be used with the number and barcode clearly visible and able to be scanned by the COMMANDER XT1000. The TorqTags are placed on the bolt or the flange according to your bolting pattern as shown below.

After the Traceability information is imputed in a torque assembly job, and prior to the torqueing data being collected, the COMMANDER will require a barcode scan of the TorqTag on the bolt to be tightened.
