• Retrieve new e-mail headings or messages.
• View your previously retrieved e-mail headings or messages offline.
When you scroll to your mailbox and press the joystick, the phone asks

When using the POP3 protocol, you can decide whether to retrieve
only e-mail headings, messages and attachments less than the set
size limit, or messages and attachments. If your mailbox uses the
IMAP4 protocol, you can only retrieve the headings. See "E-mail
settings," p. 43.
