If you want to use a print server, perform the following steps.
Items to Configure
1 Install the printer driver on the print server
• If the printer and print server are connected via a USB
cable
• If the optional network card is installed, and the printer
and print server are connected by a LAN cable
2 Configure the Print Server
• For Windows 98/Me
• For Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003
3 Install the Clients
NOTE
Using this printer on your network requires that both the print server and clients are using
Windows 98/Me or Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003.
