When you forget unlock method

When the security unlock preference that requires
authentication is set and if you fail unlocking screen lock 5
times or more, the cancel operation cannot be performed
temporarily. Retry after a certain period of time.

If you forget the pattern/security code/password of the
security unlock preference, contact a docomo shop.

◆ Fingerprint authentication function
The terminal is equipped with the fingerprint authentication
with which authenticate the security with registered
fingerprint information.

Precautions when using fingerprint
authentication function
･
Since the function uses characteristics of fingerprints for
authentication, the fingerprint authentication may not be
available if your fingerprints are not sufficiently
characteristic.
･
Authentication performance (how successfully your
fingerprint can be recognized when you touch the
fingerprint sensor (P) properly) varies depending on the
condition of your fingers. Fingerprint registration may fail or
the authentication performance may decrease if your fingers
have any of the conditions listed below. Note that you may
be able to improve the authentication performance by
wiping or washing your hands, using a different finger for
authentication, or registering a larger area of your
fingerprint according to your finger condition.
- Wrinkled after taking a bath, wet, or sweat
- Sweaty or greasy
- Dirty with mud, oil, etc.
- Rough or injured (cut or inflamed)
- Extremely dry
- Put on or lose weight so that the fingerprint has changed
- Worn so much that fingerprint is unclear
- Totally different in texture than when you registered your
fingerprint
