Front Rail Holder Assembly
(Time required: About 13 minutes)

Remove the upper case assembly. (See procedure 2.)

Remove the seven (7) screws marked [26A] from
the bottom of the main unit and the four (4) screws
marked [27C] from the inside of the main unit. The
front rail holder assembly can then be removed.

When removing the screws, hold the front rail
holder assembly to prevent it from falling off.

Back Top Board Holder
(Time required: About 15 minutes)

Remove the upper case assembly. (See procedure 2.)

Lay a soft cloth such as a blanket, and put the
finished product on it carefully with the keyboard
side facing downward. (Fig. 22)

For safety purpose, the work should be done
by two people. As shown in Fig. 22, one person
should hold the speaker box portion to support
the finished product in stable fashion.

Remove the speaker box unit (speaker box
assembly + pedal box assembly).
(See procedures 14-4 and 14-6)

It is not necessary to remove the pedal box
assembly from the speaker box unit (speaker
box assembly + pedal box assembly). (The
procedure 14-5 is not necessary to remove the
back top board holder.)

Remove the eight (8) screws marked [26B] from
the underside of the main unit. The side cover L
can then be removed. (Fig. 21)

The side cover R can be removed in the same
manner.
