Removing the lower triple clamp

Position the brake caliper. Mount and tighten screws
Guideline
Screw, front M8
brake caliper

Position the brake line and clamp. Mount and tighten

screws .
Finishing work
–
Install the front wheel.

Remove screws on the left fork leg. Take off the clamp.

Remove screws on the left fork leg. Take off the left fork
protector.
–

Remove screws on the right fork leg. Take off the right
fork protector.
–
Position the fork protector on the left fork leg. Mount and

tighten screws .

Position the brake line and clamp. Mount and tighten

screws .

Position the fork protector on the right fork leg. Mount and

tighten screws .

Preparatory work
–
Raise the motorcycle with a lift stand. (

Remove the front wheel.
–
Remove the fork legs.
–
Remove the start number plate. (
–
Remove front fender. (
–
Remove the handlebar cushion.
25 Nm (18.4 lbf ft)
