For faults that you cannot resolve on
your own, please contact your Miele
dealer or Miele Technical Service.

at the back of these instructions.
When contacting Miele, please state the
model and serial number of your
ventilation hood.
These can be found on the data plate.

Location of the data plate

The data plate is visible once you have
removed the grease filters.
