Description
Indicates the operating status of the CPU module and the error level.
● RUN LEDERR LED status
Onoff: Normal operation
Onon: Minor error
Onflashing: Moderate error
Flashing (every 2s)off: Initial processing
Flashing (every 400ms)off: Module communication test in progress or changing module online
Flashing (every 400ms)on: Minor error (Module communication test in progress or changing module
online)
Offon/flashing: Major error
For troubleshooting using LED when an error occurs, refer to the following.

Indicates the operating status of the module.
On: RUN state
Off: STOP state
The module will be in the STOP state by the following:
• The switch of the remote head module is set to STOP.
• The master station is in the STOP state. (When the remote head module is connected to the master

station)
• Remote STOP
• A moderate error or major error was detected in the remote head module (except when "Continue" is
selected in "Remote head Module Operation Setting at Error Detection" under "RAS Setting" of "CPU
Parameter").
