4.11 MEASURING CAPACITANCE

To avoid electrical shock, remove
test leads from measurement circuits
before measuring the capacitance of
a capacitor.
To avoid electric shock, be sure the
capacitors have been discharged
fully before
under
multifunction testing socket.
4.11.1 Connect the black test lead to
the COM jack and the red test lead
