Note: The settings for your device are described below in the
order that they appear within the Settings menu.
Options under the Connections tab are listed first,
followed by My device, Accounts, and More settings.

Airplane Mode

Airplane mode allows you to use many of your phone's
features, such as Camera, Games, and more, when you are
in an airplane or in any other area where making or receiving
calls or data is prohibited.
Important! When your phone is in Airplane Mode, it cannot
send or receive any calls or access online
information or applications.
Press and hold the Power button then touch
Airplane mode.

From a Home screen, touch the top of the screen and
swipe downward, to display the Quick Settings, and
then touch Airplane mode in the Quick Settings menu.

From the Settings screen, touch
and then touch the ON/OFF button to turn Airplane
mode ON
. At the Turn on airplane mode
prompt, touch OK.

Wi-Fi

This section describes the Wi-Fi settings. For information on
how to use Wi-Fi, see "Wi-Fi" on page 114.
Activating Wi-Fi
1. From the Settings screen, touch

3. Touch Scan to scan for available Wi-Fi networks. For
more information, refer to "Connect to a Wi-Fi
Network" on page 114.
