Rotating
Monthly
Save
Sets
When
you have two
monthly save
sets,
begin
rotating
the
diskettes.
When
you
make
a
new
monthly save
set,
use
the older
monthly save
set diskettes instead
of
blank
diskettes.
Creating a
Daily
Save
Set
To
create a
daily
save
set of
all
the Drive
4
files
that
were
created
or
changed
since
the
monthly save
set
was
created,
type:
SAVE
!:4

mmddyy,
ABS^YS}
(ENTER)
Instead
of
typing
"mmddyy/'
type
the
date
that
you
made
the
most
recent
monthly save
set,
At the
end
of
the next day, create
a
new
daily
save
set,
using
different diskettes.
This set
becomes
the "current
daily
save
set.

other
set
is
the "older
daily
save
set."

you have two
daily
save
sets

rotate
the diskettes.

you
make
a
new
daily
save
set,
use
the older
daily
save
set diskettes

diskettes.

wildcard

includes a
disk
drive

(0-7).
destination specifies
a
floppy disk
drive
number
and
is
a
number between
0-3
in
the
form

is
one
or
more
of
the
following:
ABS
tells
SAVE
not
to
prompt
for
destination disk
status.
SAVE
will
format
the destination disk
if
it
is
not
already
in
SAVE
format,
DC
value
date
will
compare
the creation
date
of
each
specified
source
file
against the date entered
and
SAVE
the
file
if
all
other
criteria
are met, value
is
<, >,
or
=
where
<
(less
than)
and

(greater than)
mean
less
than
or
equal
to
and

to.

must be
in
the

the
