12 - 34
Probable cause
The set value of Force Limit
1 is too small. The force

force limit.
An error occurred in the
Servo Drive.
An excessive load or external
force is applied to the Servo
Drive.
Cables are not connected
correctly.

Items to check
• Check the set value of the
Force Limit 1 (3013 hex).
• Checking the force
command value is not
meaningful because it is
automatically generated.
Check for the cause of the
error that occurred.
• Check to be sure that the
linear guides provide
smooth movement.
• Check to be sure that
moving parts are not
blocked by the brakes or a
foreign object.
• Check to see if the power
cable is connected
securely.
• If a USB cable is
connected to the servo
system, check to be sure
that the EtherCAT cable is
disconnected from the
servo system.
Stored parameters are
downloaded, but they are
differently configured.
Measures
• Increase the set value of
the Force Limit 1
(3013 hex).
• Retry under conditions
where the motor is allowed
to be moved, by changing
the start position according
to the set value, etc.
Check the error number in
12-4-1 Troubleshooting with
Error Displays on page
12-13.
• Retry with the minimum
load.
• Retry the Linear System
Auto Setup without
external forces.
Check the wiring of the
power cable, external
encoder cable, and
communications (USB or
EtherCAT) cable.
Retry the Linear System
Auto Setup from the initial
model selection.
