8.1 Overview
Introduction
This section describes the field calibration procedures for Input 1 and Input 2.
• Every UDC2300 controller contains all input actuation ranges which are fully factory-
calibrated and ready for configuration to range by the user.
• However, these procedures can be implemented if the factory calibration of the
desired range is not within specification.
CAUTION
The field calibration will be lost if a change in input type configuration is implemented at a later
time. The original factory calibration data remains available for later use after a field calibration is
done. See subsection 8.8 if you want to restore factory calibration values.
