The disturbance recorder requires this parameter to be set. The conversion factor is the transformation ratio multiplied by the rated of
the relay.If this parameter is set to zero, the disturbance recorder data cannot be analyzed and dashes are shown on the LCD instead
of the primary values.

This value is copied to parameters M81 and M82.
