Step Check items
1 Is the paper type corresponding to its
mode?
2 Is the paper too dry?
3 Is the surface of the transfer belt sup-
ply roller dirty with toner?
4 Does the transfer belt exceed its nor-
mal life span?
5 Is the output from the high-voltage
transformer normal?

Prescription
Check the paper type and mode.
Change the paper.
Clean it with alcohol.
Replace the transfer belt.
Adjust the output. Replace the trans-
former if necessary.
