Do one of the following:
To change the name, go to step 9.
To change the email address, go to step A.

Press Name. The keyboard appears on the Touchscreen.

Enter a new name and then press OK.
A
Press Address. The keyboard appears on the Touchscreen.
B
Enter a new email address and then press OK.
C
Press OK.
NOTE
The Touchscreen displays a list of shortcuts using the email address you changed. The shortcut settings
will automatically change.

Delete an Email Address

Swipe left or right, or press d or c to display Scan 2.

Press to E-mail Server.

Press Address Book.

Press Edit.

Press Delete.

Press a or b until you find the email address you want to delete.

Press the email address.
Press OK.
NOTE
You cannot delete an email address used in a shortcut. Delete the shortcut first (see Deleting Shortcuts
on page 17).
