clock protocol
To set the synchronization protocol for the clock to a protocol, use the clock protocol command. To
remove the clock protocol, use the no form of this command.

This command does not require a license.
Examples
This example shows how to set the synchronization protocol for the clock to PTP:

Beginning in Release 7.0(3)I2(1), this command will not set the clock. To change the clock
manually, see the Cisco Nexus 3000 Series NX-OS Fundamentals Configuration Guide.
clock protocol {none | ntp | ptp}
no clock protocol {none | ntp | ptp}
Specifies that the clock can be set manually.
Specifies that the clock be set to the Network Time Protocol (NTP).
Specifies that the clock be set to the Precision Time Protocol (PTP).
