Trigger Switch Power Cord Debris Shield Instruction Manual Line Limiter Blade Trimmer Head LINE LIMITER BLADE The LINE LIMITER BLADE cuts the cutting line to the proper cutting length. TRIMMER HEAD The TRIMMER HEAD holds cutting line and rotates during operation.
S Hold trigger handle; squeeze trigger to start unit. S Keep unit below waist level. S Hold trimmer with one hand. The trimmer will hang naturally in the correct cutting position. S Cut only from your right to your left to en- sure debris is thrown away from you.

The scalping technique removes unwanted vegetation down to the ground. Hold the bot- tom of the trimmer head about 3 inches (8 cm) above the ground and at an angle. Allow the tip of the line to strike the ground around trees, posts, monuments, etc.
