    Extending the External Microphone When the Pocketalker’s internal microphone is too far away from the desired sound to be effective, the optional 3.5mm 12ft extension cord (WCA 007 WC) can be used to extend an external microphone to a television or another person. WARNING! To prevent injury, route the WCA 007 cord in a manner that prevents it from becoming a tripping or entanglement hazard.

    12 ft Extension Cord (WCA 007, optional) Using an Optional Neckloop Williams Sound’s optional neckloop (NKL 001) can be used with the Pocketalker in situations where the user has a hearing aid with a T-coil. WARNING! To prevent strangulation, the neckloop should not be used if there is a risk of getting it lodged or stuck in machin- ery or other objects.
