Title bars

Use title bars sparingly. Only include title bars when users navigate hierarchical data in your application. For example, a

title bar can show users where they are in relation to where they have been. Avoid including a title bar for an application

with only one screen.

Dialog boxes should be used sparingly because they interrupt user workflow. Instead, provide information in line with a

specific item where possible. For example, if a user doesn't complete a required field in a form, your application should

identify the incomplete field instead of displaying a dialog box that describes the error.

Use only to refer to removing software. Otherwise, use "delete" instead.

Use "stop" instead.

Use "clear" instead.

Use "username" instead.

Use "voice mail" instead.

Use "website" instead.
