Troubleshooting – Faults
All faults are listed in the table below in alphabetical order. See also "Alarm description" on page 136.
Fault
Base frame cannot be set to the
tilted position.
Height adjustment does not
switch off.
Height adjustment not possible.
The red bar LED on the control unit
lights up. Continuous audible alarm
tone. Audible alarm cannot be muted.
Red LED at
symbol flashing,
intermittent alarm tone is sounded.
Short beep signal (3x) is sounded.
The yellow LED in the alarm button
is lit.
If the machine does not operate as expected please call DrägerService.
Cause
Motor overheating.
Motor defective.
Switch defective or loose contact.
Motor defective.
Lifting motor overheating.
Lifting motor defective.
Serious device fault.
Power failure alarm.
While setting a set value, the rotary knob
is not pressed within 20 seconds.
Alarm muting is active.
Troubleshooting – Faults
Remedy
Wait for at least 2 minutes. After this
period, tilting is again possible for a few
seconds (10 %).
The full duty cycle is only available after
a pause of 54 minutes.
Call DrägerService.

Check power supply.
