18. Secure the hood switch harness to the vehicle
harness with one wire tie.
19. If the vehicle is not equipped with fog lights:
Attach the two wire ties with clips to the hood
switch harness at the green-taped positions, then
push the clips into the holes in the harness
bracket.

If the vehicle is equipped with fog lights:
•
Remove the harness bracket (two bolts).
•
Cut off the clip of the wire tie with clip, and secure
the hood harness to the fog light harness with two
wire ties with clips.
•
Reinstall the harness bracket.

20. Remove the two bolts that secure the air intake
tube. Insert the harness bracket between the air
intake and bulkhead, then secure it with the two
bolts.

21. Inside the left fender area, locate the green tape
wrapped around the hood switch harness, and
attach the cable clip to the harness at the green
tape.

22. Locate the area on the inner fender where the
cable clip will attach. Using isopropyl alcohol on a
shop towel, clean the inner fender. Remove the
adhesive backing from the cable clip, and attach
it to the left inner fender.
