    III. Troubleshooting of abnormal conditions ★Make sure that PCBA does not have any missing parts, cold soldering, and hollow soldering. No Power 、 1. Main Board Remove the top cover to check whether the devices on the main board are burned.
  • Page 7 Check the 7pin cable connecting the main board and the key board to see if it is correctly plugged at the fixed positions, or re-plug it. If the above actions are not working, replace the front board or the main board. 3.

Remove the top cover, check all flat cables in the system to see if they are correctly plugged to the fixed positions, or re-plug them.

Check the resistors or capacitors of J903, U901, U701, or U702, or those adjacent to IC to see if there is any hollow soldering, cold soldering, wrong part, or misplaced soldering.
  • Page 13 Remove the cover. Check J501 on the I/O board to see if there is any cold soldering, hollow soldering, or damage. Rule out the problem. Check all parts following AOL to see if there is any cold or hollow soldering, short circuit, broken circuit, parts missing, wrong parts and rule out the problem.

Check U404-pin2 and U101-pin63 on the main board to see if the frequency is 16.9344MHz.
  • Page 15 Check the resistors or capacitors of J801, U801, U802, or U701 on the main board, or those adjacent to IC to see if there is any hollow soldering or cold soldering. - If the above actions are not working, replace the main board. If it is still not working, replace the loader.

T62 System can’t play or system down after setting Main Board Check U101 to see if there is any cold or hollow soldering and reverse soldering of IC or parts missing. If the above actions do not work after the inspection, it means the main board or F/W is bad.
