Sales of patio furniture finance our restoration work in California redwood forestlands. Tools required: ½-inch ratchet and a mallet or small hammer.
- Page 3 Step 1: Attach posts to the swing bases. The base pieces are shipped with short 4 X 4’s cut at 45 degree angles already attached. Match the numbers written on one end of the post to the numbers on the inside of the base and slide the 4 X 4 into place in the base.
- Page 4 Step 3: Attach diagonal supports to post and top support. These supports have one predrilled hole near both edges. Match up the numbers and attach using carriage bolts, washers and nuts. Bolt 7”x 3/8” Step 4: Attach arms to swing seat with 4 bolts (3 ½” x 5/16), washers and nuts per side. Jhoola Swings Sets www.foreverredwood.com...
- Page 5 Step 5: Add the chain to the swing seat. Add the hardware provided to thread the eyebolts as shown below. Take a few minutes to adjust the chain height to your preference. We recommend you do not cut off the excess chain because you may want to readjust the heights later. Once you have the swing adjusted just the way you want it, attach the springs provided.
