VLAN mapping configuration commands
VLAN mapping is achieved through QoS policies. For QoS policy configuration commands, see ACL and
QoS Command Reference.
nest
Description
Use the nest command to add a VLAN nest action to a traffic behavior. If the traffic behavior already
contains a VLAN nest action, the new one overwrites the old one.
Use the undo nest command to remove the action.
The nest action enables a port to insert an outer VLAN tag in VLAN tagged traffic.
If a QoS policy contains a VLAN nest action, you can apply it only to the incoming traffic of a port or a
port group enabled with basic QinQ.
The nest action cannot be applied to a VLAN or globally.
Related commands: qos policy, traffic behavior, and classifier behavior (ACL and QoS Command
