    Tighten securely. CARBURETOR ADJUSTMENTS There is no screw for idle adjustment on your blower. The throttle lever is used to control engine speed. The throttle lever can be placed in one of four positions: STOP, IDLE , FULL THROTTLE or intermittent position.
