    NORMAL CHARGING Make sure power circuit voltage is the same as that shown on the charger specification plate. Connect charger to power source. The orange light (A) Fig. 2, should light up. This indicates the charger is ready to begin charging. Position battery pack on charger, align rails (D) Fig.
  • Page 9 Before starting to work, make sure you have the right abrasive for the mater- ial on which the sander is to be used. Make sure you use the correct size abra- sive paper or cloth. Cut, do not tear, the abrasive sheets to size. The Model CL180PS uses 1/3 sheet size sanding paper.

    Also, additional pressure might cause the sander to “jump”. Always start the machine before placing it on the work surface. Once it has started, ease it down on the work surface evenly and move it slowly back and forth in wide, overlapping arcs.
