The lamp

The MAC 2000 Wash is supplied with a Philips MSR -200
SA7DE GOLD -200 W discharge lamp installed. This
source has a color temperature of 6000 c, a color
rendering index greater than 85, and an average life of 750
hours. The lamp is capable of hot restrike.
The ends of the lamp are profiled with special keys, as
shown in Figure 8, to ensure proper installation. Do not use
lamps with keys in a non-keyed SFc -0-4 socket.
Warning! Install only an approved lamp (see "Lamp" on
page 45). Installing any other lamp may create a
safety hazard or damage the fixture!
The lamp should be replaced when it has reached the limit
of its 750 hour average life. To reduce the risk of explosion,
never exceed -25p of the lampis average life, i.e. 940
hours. To read lamp hours from the control panel, please
refer to Readouts on page -4.
For optimum performance, avoid turning off the lamp
before it has warmed up fully Zthis takes approximately. 5
