How to Check and Adapt the Connection Data in NetPro

In NetPro, you check the configuration to the target stations:
● Connection data
● Configuration data
Note
Operating system change
When you change the operating system, the network adapters may be detected in a different
order in the system. This is caused by the operating system.
Take this into consideration with systems with multiple network adapters and adapt the
configuration accordingly in HW Config.
Update the version of the communication components in the Station Configuration Editor and
HW Config.
Requirement
● The PCS 7 project is open on the ES.
Procedure
1. Select the PCS 7 project in SIMATIC Manager.
2. Select the menu command Options > Configure Network.
NetPro opens.
3. Select the menu command View > Cross-Project Network View.
The cross-project network view is displayed.
This allows you to toggle directly between all projects in the multiproject.
