Configuring an RSPAN VLAN

You can specify a remote SPAN (RSPAN) VLAN as a SPAN session source.
Before You Begin
Ensure that you are in the correct VDC (or use the switchto vdc command).

Configuring an RSPAN VLAN
Purpose
(Optional)
Copies the running configuration to the startup
configuration.
Purpose
Enters global configuration mode.
Enters VLAN configuration mode for the
VLAN specified.
Configures the VLAN as an RSPAN VLAN.
Exits VLAN configuration mode.
(Optional) Displays the VLAN configuration.
Remote SPAN VLANs are listed together.
(Optional)
(Optional) Copies the running configuration
to the startup configuration.
