Notes
• It may take longer to charge the battery
depending on the conditions of use.
• Even if you do not intend to use the
system for a long time, charge the battery
to its full capacity once every six months
to maintain its performance.
• In an extremely cold or hot environment,
charging stops for safety.
If charging is taking a long time, this also
stops the system from charging.
In these conditions, the CHARGE indicator
continues to flash quickly in amber, but
this is not a malfunction.
To resolve these issues, disconnect the
AC power cord and connect it again in an
operating temperature between 5°C and
35°C (41°F and 95°F).

You can operate the system while it is
charging.

Checking the battery level of the
rechargeable battery
You can check the remaining battery
level via voice guidance.
You can also check the battery
level using "Sony | Music Center"
(page 20).

BATTERY.

is heard and the CHARGE
indicator flashes as follows
according to the remaining

battery level.

Hint
"Please charge" is output automatically
when the remaining battery level is less
than 10%.
