The Quick Message function can be initiated by the Attendant. Quick Messages and
responses continue to be tracked in the Active Call panel in Full Window mode.

Sending and Receiving Quick Messages

Selecting the Quick Message function displays the following menu.

The To field allows the user to select the Destination for the message.
The available destinations include all of the active desktop clients and
those users running the Quick Message client.
The user selects the text to be sent by selecting one of the predefined
messages in the Message list or entering text manually in this field.
The four Responses fields indicate the predefined responses to be
displayed to the recipient. Clicking the Send button delivers the message
to the specified destination.
