The newly set default alarm limits are valid whenever
the apparatus is switched on or started up from
standby mode.
Certain alarm limits are switched off automatically in
MAN/SPONT ventilation mode and when using the
external fresh gas outlet:

and alarm limits for non-rebreathing systems, page 51.
