3.4 MANAGED ETHERNET SWITCH MODULES

Select the Settings > Product Setup > Communications > Ethernet Switch > Configure IP menu item as shown
below.

Enter (or verify) the MAC Address, IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway IP Address settings.

Click the Save button. It will take few seconds to save the settings to the Ethernet switch module and the following
message displayed.

Verify that the target message is cleared and that the L90 displays the MAC address of the Ethernet switch in the
Actual Values > Status > Ethernet Switch window.
The L90 device and the Ethernet switch module communications setup is now complete.
A suitable IP/gateway and subnet mask must be assigned to both the switch and the UR relay for correct operation. The
Switch has been shipped with a default IP address of 192.168.1.2 and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. Consult your net-
work administrator to determine if the default IP address, subnet mask or default gateway needs to be modified.
Do not connect to network while configuring the switch module.
